Welcome to Planmyweekend Magazine, LLC (“Planmyweekend,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Planmyweekend when you submit, promote, or request to have your event featured or advertised on our Instagram page, website, or any other media platform operated by us.
By submitting an event, payment, or promotional material to Planmyweekend, you (“Event Host,” “Promoter,” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Planmyweekend Magazine, LLC for event promotion services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not submit events or promotional materials to Planmyweekend.
2. Services Provided
Planmyweekend provides promotional exposure for events via its social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, website listings, and other affiliated digital platforms.
We reserve the right to determine the style, layout, and timing of all promotional content.
3. Payments and No Refund Policy
All payments made to Planmyweekend Magazine, LLC for event promotion are final and non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, postponement, or other changes to the event by the host or promoter.
No credits, refunds, or exchanges will be issued once payment is received.
4. Content and Copyright Responsibility
You represent and warrant that all content, including but not limited to flyers, graphics, images, music, and text, that you submit to Planmyweekend for promotional use is your own original work or that you have full authorization and legal rights to use and distribute such materials.
You agree to take 100% liability and responsibility for any and all copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from materials you provide.
Planmyweekend Magazine, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any third-party claims related to your content.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree that all event details submitted to Planmyweekend are accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Planmyweekend is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations made by the event host or promoter.
6. Right to Refuse or Remove Content
Planmyweekend reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or remove any promotional material or event submission for any reason, including but not limited to content that is false, misleading, inappropriate, or violates any applicable law or these Terms.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Planmyweekend Magazine, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of our services;
Your event, including any incidents, damages, or disputes arising therefrom;
Your violation of these Terms; or
Any infringement or alleged infringement of intellectual property rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Planmyweekend Magazine, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your event or promotional content.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific promotional service in question.
9. Changes to Terms
Planmyweekend Magazine, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our promotional services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in The United States.
